Penyusunan Latihan Fisik Pada Anggota Komando Strategis Angkatan Darat (KOSTRAD)

Pentingnya melakukan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan hasil diskusi dengan pelatih fisik komando strategis Angkatan darat (KOSTRAD) sebagai mitra tentang kendala-kedala yang dialami terkait dengan penyusunan program latihan untuk meningkatkan kondisi fisik. Berdasarkan fakta tersebut peneliti sekaligus sebagai pengabdi memberikan alternatif berupa solusi salah satunya memberikan pelatihan dan menyusun program latihan fisik melalui ilmu kepelatihan dengan pendekatan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi untuk meningkatkan performa anggota KOSTRAD. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa anggota KOSTRAD memperoleh pemahaman tentang penyusunan program latihan tanpa menggunakan senjata dan latihan menggunakan senjata. Latihan menggunakan senjata terdiri dari angkling, mountain climber, burpees, plank dinamis, side plank, supine plank, pull ups, push ups, biceps curls. Latihan menggunakan senjata terdiri dari: angkling, lunges, ski lunges, bysicle crunches, back ups, Cuban rotation, side plank with twist (kanan), dan side plank with twist (kiri).
