Abstract

Stunting masih menjadi masalah prioritas dalam pembangunan kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia, dengan prevalensi nasional mencapai 21,6% berdasarkan data SSGI 2022. Salah satu akar masalahnya adalah kurangnya pengetahuan tentang stunting, khususnya di wilayah pedesaan. Kecamatan Cilongok, Kabupaten Banyumas, merupakan salah satu wilayah dengan jumlah desa miskin ekstrem terbanyak. Tingginya prevalensi stunting di wilayah ini terutama Desa Pageraji, menunjukkan perlunya intervensi edukatif yang tidak hanya bersifat informatif, tetapi juga mengintegrasikan nilai budaya lokal agar dapat diterima dan diterapkan masyarakat. Kader Posyandu dan ibu muda sebagai garda terdepan membutuhkan penguatan kapasitas untuk mendeteksi dan mencegah stunting dengan pendekatan yang kontekstual. Tujuan kegiatan PkM ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan kader dan ibu muda tentang stunting melalui pendekatan edukatif berbasis kearifan lokal di Desa Pageraji. Kegiatan PkM dilakukan pada bulan Juli-Oktober 2025 melalui tahapan: (1) sosialisasi dan koordinasi mitra; (2) produksi media edukatif (booklet MP-ASI) (3) identifikasi tingkat pengetahuan; (4) edukasi tentang stunting serta pelatihan pembuatan MP-ASI, dan (5) evaluasi peningkatan pengetahuan pada kader dan ibu muda.
